I have a 7-7/8 hat size (OK, a big head!), but this particular one-size-fits-all cap is smaller than another one I have of the same model. That one fits; this one doesn't, even with the strap fully extended. Also, the bill isn't quite centered, so when I have the bill centered the the rest of cap is off center (and, visa versa, of course). Again, that's not true of the other cap I have. As with most hats and clothing, it's better to try on the product before purchasing.
