4Feel great, wish they had heels  Nov 19, 2009 By Wesley Evans
We used these while snorkling and they made wearing fins much more comfortable. Definitely worth the purchase. I wish they had heels though.

Although Amazon doesn't list them, the sizes are as follows:

Extra Small (Mens 4-6 / Womens 5-7)
Small (Mens 6-7.5 / Womens 7-8.5)
Medium (Mens 7.5-9 / Womens 8.5-10)
Large (Mens 9.5-11 / Womens 10.5-12)
Extra Large (Mens 11.5-13 / Womens 12.5-14)

3Open Heal..  Nov 20, 2006 By Love2Cruise
These socks have an open heal, though not shown in picture. They also run VERY big. I wear a 9 Wide and had to send them back and order a medium. They are still a little big. Overall the price is great, i wear them under my swim fins and have had no problems with them.

5Flipper Slippers save my feet  Sep 03, 2007 By Jeffrey Oakes
I am diabetic and have painful neuropathey in my feet. So, I swim with flippers. These flipper slippers are easy to use and save my feet from small blisters and cuts I used to get when I used flippers without them. I have been using this product for several years, always with success.

5Surprising Awesomeness  Mar 07, 2010 By CTM "Studentessa"
I bought these for use with a snorkeling set I needed for a class I'm in that is going to Costa Rica and Panama in a week. I noted the reviews and did wonder if the lack of a heel would be a problem for me. I got them promptly and tried them on out of water with the flippers. All felt well. Then I tried them in a pool yesterday...

Seriously, these things were so comfortable that I was utterly shocked. After 2 hours of swimming around, my feet were really warm (which is the only place where I tend to get cold) and I had no foot problems (blistering, rubbing, pressing) after using the flippers. I don't see how the lack of a heel is that big of a deal unless someone is snorkeling in a place with lots of jellyfish or any predators, and in that case one would need a whole suit anyway...

If you are a regular person who has not snorkeled before and is going some place without anything to worry about, get these. The price and the comfort are barely beatable. I searched amazon for about two weeks before deciding on these, and I am not disappointed. :-)

5Great fun socks  Apr 02, 2012 By Southbay surfer
Bought these and love them. My Viper fins were a little loose on my feet so I got these to make them snugger. Now my Vipers fit prefect (no need to worry about them coming off) and they keep my feet warm in 55°f water. One thing not mentioned is that they have a built in fin teather, so if your fins do come off they are still attached to your foot. Best fin socks that I've owned out of about 10 pairs.
