The socks are OK, but are not identical to the ones in the ad. I've bought these socks in the past, over several years in a military exchange store, and although the picture shows the same sock and the description matches, they're not the same. The price is high enough that they should be the same. The socks I received do not have the logo as shown, and the material is not as thick. They seem to be a lighter weight version. Size is right, but that's about it. I would not purchase this item again based on my experience. The "old" sock was great and a bargain. They hold up very well...last a long time.

I had been using champion anklets for about 10 years now and I generally purchased them at BJ's or Costco. I went to BJ's to buy a 6 pack and found they no longer had them in stock. I went on the internet and found them at Amazon. I ordered a half dozen package of the anklets and when they arrived I was surprised to find them with poor quality and also not true to size. One pair had a pull in it while another was raveling from the top. I returned them.

I ordered this item and I did not receive the sock pictured. They instead send a newer version which does not appear to have the same durability as the one pictured

Not as pictured - uncomfortable mid-foot elastic band Nov 14, 2010 By Kevin Harper
My main problem is each sock has a 2" wide elastic band in the middle (same material as the elastic at the top of the sock) which is uncomfortable and cuts off circulation to my toes.

While the socks are Champion Brand, they are not the same one as pictured. The socks fit ok though (they run a little large for my size 13 foot).

Bottom line: Poorly designed sock. Not recommended.

I always get these socks for my husband---great socks to wear in his boots for work outside, on the tractor, etc. They last for years and years. They wick the moisture aways pretty good. Great price!
