These boots are great! I needed a new pair for work and they had to be slip and oil resistent. I don't slip anywhere with these boots. This is the best pair of workboots I have ever had. If you work in a fast food place or any place that requires you to wear slip resistent shoes and need the ankle support these are the boots to buy. I will buy them again.

These boots fit well and are exact for sizing, however, the steel toe on mine wraps in too far on one outer edge and causes annoyance and pain. The "leather" is actually a leather felt material that will lose its outer plasticote and start soaking up moisture. The sole is layer soft foam rubber that starts to strip off the boot almost immediately; and if you kick snow or mud off, pieces of the sole will come off. Due to the latter, if you live in a snowy and muddy climate (like Michigan) the soles will begin to leak in short order and you will have wet feet. Further the plasti-rubber bead that runs around the boot between the sole and the side will probably crack, and you will experience further liquid intrusion into the boot's interior.
These boots (both leak) made me sad, mad, and angry. I love Dickies wear, especially the Industrial pleated pants. But these boots are losers for me and suck royally.

When it came time to get a new pair of Steel Toe boots, I defiantly thought of Dickies. This is not my first pair of Dickies, so I was expecting a good product. So far, they have not disappointed. If you need a pair of Steel Toed Leather boots, you can't go wrong with Dickies.

I bought these about a month ago as a low cost replacement for my cheap Craftsman steel toed boots from Sears.
Pros:
Price
Look fine
Serve the purpose
Cons:
Took a week or so to break them in - so you might have some initial blisters
Heel / ankle support is weak
Overall, these are great boots and if the price it still right when I'm looking for another pair - assuming they don't fall apart in the next 6 months - then I'd order these again.

These boots are great, they are very comfortable. I bought them for motorcycle riding and they do great for that purpose, the soles of the boots are not aggressive and provide great traction. great boot but they do seem to run a little on the big size, I am normally a 10 and they seem to be a little roomier than my other boots and shoes.
