5Hey Mountain Bikers!  Nov 07, 2009 By Daniel A. Miles
I purchased these Mechanix gloves for Mountain Biking. The same qualities that make these excellent gloves for mechanics, ie. durability, ventilation, thickness of leather, quality construction, full finger protection, etc... make these an excellent alternative to traditional bike gloves.

5A "cool" and comfortable glove!  Nov 08, 2011 By Chris F "root"
I bought these mainly to use as a driving glove. Most driving gloves are full/thick leather that get rather sweaty on a hot summer day. These however kept my hands very cool and I used them all summer without issues. They have vents all over them and strong leather on the palm/fingers. Have had no issues with the material or stitching failing after about 6 months of daily use.

I have another pair (that I don't care how clean they are) that I use for working on cars. Obviously it doesn't do much against liquid spills, put it gives you some basic protection, gives you good/precision grip on the parts you are dealing with, and it also helps against hot/cold parts that make them easier to deal with - like any gloves.

A great all around mechanix glove that won't make your hands anymore sweaty then they have to be!

4Cool and Comfortable  Aug 14, 2009 By A. Ray
I purchased the gloves to wear as a package handler at FedEx. Although the didn't last as long as I hoped (4 months), I really liked them. They are lightweight and really well ventilated and very comfortable to wear. My hands stayed cool and were well protected.

5Gr8 M/C Gloves  May 14, 2012 By Michael D. White
Bought a pair of these for when I ride the motorcycle. Got ta say nice and cool even In S. TX heat. Plus they are wayyyyyy cheaper than Harley's Davidson (high dollar) gloves and are better quality than HD. They work good w/ my leather grips on my bike as well.

4Good glove  Apr 12, 2012 By Gene
Pro: Good quality - do not frequently use this but it seems like it would last a decent while with moderate use. Comfort - breathes great! Color - I couldn't find a white mechanic gloves at any local store (walmart, lowes, or home depot).

Con: Not really in regards for the product itself but my shipping was bonkers. The typical prime delivery is done by UPS (not an expert or care to look this up) but this item was delivered by some company I have never heard of. Instead of leaving it on my door like every other carrier, they took it back to the office & it was more inconvenient to retrieve.

Overall: Normal price but I paid for the color.
