5Best running sock  Feb 12, 2008 By Hurtlocker
I have trained and ran five marathons with this sock. I tried several more expensive brands and always came back. Never received a blister. They hold up well in the wash and last. Well worth the money to upgrade from cotton. Even if you don't run long, your feet will thank you. There might be a better sock, but I have not found it.

5Best Running Sock  Apr 07, 2008 By J. R. Mooney
This is absolutely the best running sock out there. They're nicely padded, very comfortable, and they keep my feet dry even after 15+ miles on the road. They also come in different thicknesses and several styles, so you can order no-show, crew and high-top versions. Be careful to check the sizing before you order to ensure proper fit as these are not one size fits all. Highly recommended.

5Great running sock  Jan 29, 2008 By Ouchfest
This sock has consistently performed well for me on long runs while I train for a half-marathon. They stopped me from getting blisters, and keep my feet very comfortable. The cushion is protective, but without being so thick that a larger shoe is necessary. It is very hard for me to find quality size 14 running socks in stores, so I have been pleased to find it here.

5Pricey, but fantastic  Oct 07, 2010 By dentrecords
If you have more than a passing interest in running, you will appreciate these socks quite a bit. A little bit of investment in good clothing makes the world of a difference with comfort. Just as you would appreciate the difference between a wicking material and a regular cotton shirt, these socks are just as dramatic of a difference to regular cotton socks. They are very well padded on the bottom, yet the top mesh is so thin that it feels decidedly cool to wear them. They feel like they are constructed so well that they will last for quite a long time. I bought one set to try them out - since then I've purchased two more sets. I wish they were a few dollars cheaper, but I could say the same about my shoes.. which were vastly more expensive. I'd buy them again and again.

5Love you long time  Sep 05, 2008 By Matthew Merola
I've tried all sorts of "active" socks over the years, always looking for the best, most comfortable, longest lasting, most cushiony and today my drawers are filled with Thorlo's.
The biggest difference I've found between thorlo socks and some other brands is the longevity.
Thorlos last about 4 times longer than anything else I've tried and they don't pill-up like most others.
There are socks out there that are slightly more comfortable for the first month or two but they degrade so quickly it's just not worth it.
